I grew up in France, where caviar is a moment of pure joy. It is the toast before dinner, the little luxury that makes a celebration feel special, and the reason everyone leans in a little closer.

When I moved to San Diego from Paris, I fell in love with the art of celebrating. Today I am the founder of Happily Chic Events, my wedding planning company, and working in events has taught me one thing: it is not the details alone that people remember, it is how an experience makes them feel. The most unforgettable moments are the ones everyone gets to share.

That belief is why I created Happily Caviar. A caviar bar should be a fun, elegant and unforgettable addition to any event, with a little Paris in every bite. It brings people together, starts conversations and gives your guests something they will talk about long after the party ends.

To bring you the real thing, I partner with Kaviari, the Parisian caviar house with more than 50 years of history. Their tradition, quality and passion for exceptional caviar are what I bring to your celebration in San Diego.
